"Every person in this office treats you like you’re their only customer. The amazing customer service I’ve received from this agency is the reason I’ll never switch. They always have your best interest in mind and always do their best to accommodate any situation. Fall behind on your bill and need help catching up? They got you. Walk outside and your back windshield is smashed? They got you! Even if you switch glass companies multiple times to get same day fix and they need to call and verify coverage lol. Angela is my girl in this office she is fantastic! She has helped me tremendously with all my questions and concerns!! And if she doesn’t know the answer right then and there she won’t stop until she has an answer to give! Plus with a baby she knows how important it is to be in our cars. So when we walked out to our back windshield smashed she helped us shop around and send our policy to the glass companies in a timely manner so we weren’t charged out of pocket. You can text in your concern and don’t have to worry about taking time out of your day to be on the phone!
